Application:

This machine is a premium product specially designed and developed by our company for the embroidery (drawnwork) industry. It is mainly suitable for cutting and shearing various horizontal and vertical connecting threads on embroidered fabrics, solving the problems of high labour cost and low efficiency associated with manual threads cutting in the traditional embroidery industry. It significantly improves production efficiency and reduces labour costs.

• Integrated threads cutting and shearing structure:

This machine combines threads cutting and shearing functions. It features a patented threads cutting mechanism (straight roller threads cutting blades + inclined roller diagonal cutting blades), Patent No.: ZL200820019255.2. It can easily cut and shear various connecting threads on embroidery fabrics, ensuring clean and thorough thread cutting and shearing, greatly improving production efficiency.

•Air blowing device:

Equipped with two sets of air blowing devices to forcefully blow thread ends that are tightly attached to the fabric toward the blades edge, ensuring cleaner cutting and shearing.

•Blade system:

Adopts spiral blades and ledger blades produced by a world-renowned German company, ensuring reliable shearing quality.

•Control system:

PLC controlled with variable frequency speed regulation, offering a high degree of automation and reducing overall energy consumption by 30%.

•Shearing height adjustment:

Electrically adjusted with digital display, achieving precision up to 0.02mm.

•Spiral blade cylinder bearings:

Adopts NSK bearings from Japan, providing high precision and extended service life.

•Spiral blade cylinder belt tension:

Equipped with pneumatic tensioning to maintain constant belt tension, ensuring more stable transmission and higher efficiency.

•Metal detection:

Equipped with a metal detector to automatically detect metal objects on the fabric, triggering an alarm and machine shutdown for safer operation.
