• Fully intelligent automatic control:

This machine adopts advanced intelligent control technology, featuring PLC control throughout the entire system, touchscreen operation, frequency conversion speed regulation for the brushing rollers, visual seam detection, and automatic blades lifting.

•Six-roller single-machine structure:

With six rollers in one unit, this single machine can replace an entire conventional brushing production line (which typically consists of 3 to 4 two-roller brushing machines), significantly saving production floor space.

•Automatic seam detection & automatic blade lifting (Patent No.: CN202311100311.0):

Seam detection is achieved through visual recognition, triggering automatic blade lifting. This technology, for which a national patent has been filed, greatly reduces the labour intensity of operators and saves manpower.

•Blowing + Suction dust removal system:

The suction hood integrates both blowing and suction functions. A single 5.5kW fan is sufficient to thoroughly collect all yarns and debris. This design substantially saves electrical power and has been filed for a national patent.

•Frequency conversion speed regulation for brushing roller:

The brushing roller speed is regulated via frequency conversion, allowing for a wide adjustment range. This significantly enhances the machine's adaptability to various fabric types.

•Independent fillets-wrapping motor:

This machine is equipped with a reducing gear motor for fillets wrapping, providing the high torque required for this operation. The fillets-wrapping motor features a plug-in connection to the brushing roller, making disassembly and removal particularly convenient. This technology has also been filed for a national patent.
