Application:

This machine is suitable for polishing treatment of natural and synthetic fabrics, such as non-pile velvet, super soft plush, long plush, artificial fur, etc. After polishing, the fabric surface becomes fluffy and soft, with straight, bright and glossy pile, compare to natural fabrics.

Performance features:

• Touchscreen operation, PLC control, variable frequency speed regulation. Capable of storing 500 processes. All operating parameters—such as polishing rollers temperature, polishing rollers gap, and fabric speed—can be set on the touchscreen, offering a high degree of automation.

• Polishing roller power supply is controlled by solid-state relays, which are more stable and have a longer service life compared to traditional contactors.

• Polishing rollers can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, enabling both upright pile polishing and down pile polishing.

• Polishing roller surface is mirror-polished, providing strong penetration and high polishing efficiency.

• Equipped with an automatic roller deviation correction device to prevent the polishing belt from running off-track.

• Precision temperature control module delivers high-precision temperature regulation with a temperature deviation controlled within ±2°C.
