RMA, Raising Machine

Application:

This machine features high raising force and is mainly suitable for raising fabrics such as non-pile velvet, super soft velvet, weft-knitted leather base fabrics, warp/weft-knitted suede, short pile velvet, woollen fabrics, scarves, and the like.

Performance features:

•Control system:

Integrated electromechanical design, touchscreen operation, PLC control, 6 inverters for speed regulation, capable of storing 500 processes.

•Speed regulation control:

Cylinder speed, fabric feed speed, fabric tension, and raising force are all regulated via inverters, offering wide process adaptability.

•Raising roller:

The roller body is made of high-strength thickened material, dynamically balanced, providing high rigidity and resistance to bending and deformation. The shaft ends adopt a load-relieving bearing design, which significantly extends bearing service life and enhances the bending strength of the raising roller.

•Raising roller bearings:

Equipped with Japanese NSK bearings, maintenance-free (no lubrication required), with extended service life. Features include zero-start capability, automatic fabric threading, and fault alarm function.

•Raising roller belt pneumatic tensioning:

The belt is fully relaxed when the machine is stopped, making it easy and safe to remove fabric jams. The special drive design greatly extends belt service life.
