Application:

This machine is suitable for polishing treatment of pile fabrics, such as blankets, woollen fabrics, and artificial fur, etc. After the polishing treatment, the fabric becomes fluffy and soft, with a straight, smooth and glossy surface.

Performance features:

• Touchscreen operation, PLC control, variable frequency speed regulation. Up to 500 processes can be stored. All operating parameters—such as roller temperature, roller gap, and fabric speed—can be set on the touchscreen. The machine features a high degree of automation.

• Roller power supply is controlled by solid-state relays, which offer greater stability and longer service life compared to conventional contactors.

• Precision temperature control module ensures high accuracy, with temperature deviation controlled within ±2°C.

• High-durability rubber backing belt or seam-mark wool backing belt for longer belt life, softer fabric hand feel, and better surface quality.

• Equipped with an automatic roller deviation correction device to prevent the polishing belt from running off-track.
