•Automatic seam over-pass: Visual seam detection for higher accuracy. No contact with the fabric surface, leaving no crease marks on the pile.

•Ledger blade adjustment: Servo motors adjust the front and rear positions of the ledger blade for high precision. Replace manual adjustment for easier operation.

• Fabric stacking system: Independent motor drive for stacking. Stacking width can be freely set on the touchscreen to meet different user needs.

• Metal detection: Equipped with a metal detector that automatically detects metal objects on the fabric. With alarm and shutdown to ensure greater safety of spiral blade cylinder and ledger blade.

• Spiral blade cylinder bearings: Japanese NSK bearings for high precision and long service life.

• Spiral blade cylinder lifting: Hydraulic control for stable blade pressure and better shearing results.

• Spiral blades cylinder lateral movement: Servo drive for lateral movement. Moving distance can be freely set for better adaptability.

• Spiral blade cylinder drive motor: Permanent magnet motor for significant energy savings.

• Process storage: Can store up to 500 process settings. Convenient for recalling processes as needed.
