RMF Gear-Type Raising Machine

Application:

This machine is mainly suitable for raising various types of fabrics, such as blankets, woollen fabrics, polar fleece, knitted fabrics, etc.

Performance features:

• Control method: Push-button operation

• Raising roller drive: Gear transmission ensures high raising intensity and stable raising force

• Speed adjustment method: Fabric speed and raising force are adjusted by changing gears. A comparison chart of fabric speed, raising force, and gear sets is provided on the machine for easy process adjustment. Both fabric speed and raising force adjustments are made inside the left cabinet — fast and convenient.

• Raising roller: The roller body is made of high-strength, thickened seamless roller material and has been dynamically balanced. It offers high strength and is resistant to bending and deformation. The shaft end features a load-relieved support design, which not only significantly extends bearing service life but also enhances the bending strength of the raising roller.

• Raising roller bearings: Japanese NSK bearings are used. They require no lubrication maintenance and offer an exceptionally long service life.
